Position Overview MedProDisposal and MP1 Solutions compete in a high-intent, search-driven B2B market where our web properties are a primary revenue channel. The Web Developer owns the full technical layer behind that channel — building and maintaining web properties, implementing CRO changes that move conversion rates, managing affiliate tracking integrations that feed qualified leads from our partner network, and deploying chat and SMS tools that turn site visitors into sales conversations. This is a marketing-embedded developer role; success is measured by business outcomes — uptime, lead flow health, and conversion rate — not just clean code. The right person understands how technical decisions affect pipeline and brings that lens to every build and optimization they ship.
Key Responsibilities
Web Property Development & Maintenance: Build, maintain, and continuously improve all MedProDisposal and MP1 Solutions web properties — including comparison sites, campaign landing pages, and client-facing web tools — with a focus on performance, reliability, and conversion.
Develop and deploy landing pages in coordination with PPC and SEO specialists, ensuring technical implementation aligns with campaign objectives and tracking requirements.
Own site performance — page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and uptime — proactively identifying and resolving issues before they affect lead flow.
Maintain clean, well-documented code and version control practices (Git) to support a collaborative, fast-moving marketing team.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO changes on landing pages, web forms, and key conversion surfaces — working from hypotheses developed with the PPC and SEO Specialists.
Deploy and manage A/B and multivariate tests on high-traffic pages using CRO tooling; own the technical setup from experiment through results reporting.
Use behavioral analytics tools to identify friction points and translate findings into testable improvements.
Ensure all web forms are optimized for conversion and that submissions route correctly into Salesforce and downstream systems.
Affiliate Tracking & Lead Feed Integration: Own the technical setup, monitoring, and maintenance of affiliate tracking integrations for lead feeds — including pixel implementation, postback URLs, UTM parameter management, and lead attribution logic.
Monitor affiliate lead flow health daily; identify and resolve tracking discrepancies or feed failures before they impact revenue or partner relations.
Build and maintain integration infrastructure between affiliate platforms, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Salesforce to ensure clean end-to-end lead attribution.
Document all affiliate tracking setups so any team member can audit or troubleshoot independently.
Chat, Live Chat & SMS Tools: Deploy, configure, and maintain chatbot, live chat, and SMS tools across all MedPro and MP1 Solutions properties (e.g., Intercom, Drift, Twilio).
Manage chatbot conversation flows with the marketing team to ensure routing, lead capture, and handoffs to sales are functioning correctly.
Monitor tool performance and engagement metrics; flag issues and implement improvements to maximize conversion from chat and SMS touchpoints.
Reporting & Site Health: Deliver a weekly report to the Director of Marketing covering site uptime, affiliate lead flow health, and conversion rate by page with context and action items.
Maintain live dashboards in Google Looker Studio (or equivalent) for real-time visibility into site health and performance.
Own Google Tag Manager — managing all tags, triggers, and variables across web properties to ensure accurate tracking and privacy-compliant data.
Qualifications Required
3+ years of web development experience with a portfolio that demonstrates real marketing outcomes — high-converting landing pages, effective integrations, and performant sites.
Strong proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP — able to build and customize without relying on page builders.
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and affiliate/pixel tracking — including postback URLs, UTM management, and cross-platform attribution.
Direct experience with CRO tooling (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, or equivalent) — setting up, running, and interpreting tests.
Experience with behavioral analytics platforms (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or equivalent) and translating data into optimization hypotheses.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM — web-to-lead routing, lead field mapping, and ensuring form submissions flow into the pipeline.
Experience deploying and configuring chat and SMS tools (Intercom, Drift, Twilio, or similar) in a B2B context.
Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (n8n, Zapier, or equivalent) for connecting marketing tools and automating lead flow.
Strong Git version control practices — branching, pull requests, and documentation standards.
High proficiency with AI tools applied to web development for code generation, debugging, UX iteration, and automation. AI should be a standard part of work.
Excellent written English for documentation, cross-team communication, and weekly reporting.
Must be available to overlap with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with React or another modern JavaScript framework for more complex web tool development.
Familiarity with BigQuery or similar data warehousing tools for advanced reporting.
Healthcare, B2B SaaS, or regulated-industry web development background.
Experience building or maintaining multi-property web ecosystems.
Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager certifications.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly rate of $35–$50/hour, based on experience and demonstrated technical skill.
Part-time contract role (20 hours/week) with flexible scheduling and required overlap with CST business hours.
