Product Analyst The Product Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring our internal teams and customers are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources to maximize product adoption and success. This position bridges the gap between product development and customer support by supporting enablement strategies, managing knowledge resources, and facilitating clear communication channels.
What You’ll Do
Participate in the development and delivery of product enablement programs for internal teams and external stakeholders, using tools such as Azure DevOPS.
Assist with creation of training content, user guides, and onboarding materials for new product features and releases.
Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
Assist with workshops, webinars, and knowledge‑sharing sessions to drive product understanding and adoption.
Create and maintain SharePoint knowledge repositories used by internal stakeholders to support and educate customers.
Triage product‑related inquiries via Atlassian JIRA and ensure needed information is relayed and documented in a timely manner.
Who You Are
A proactive communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Skilled in translating complex product concepts into clear, actionable content.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a passion for learning and teaching.
Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
The salary range for this position is approximately $55,000-$65,000 base annually.
