This is a multi‑year journey driven by bold, cross‑functional initiatives spanning product, technology, operations, delivery, and sales. Our mandate is to simplify the operating model, accelerate technology adoption, and mobilize the entire organization around our strategic goals. The Senior Manager, Transformation is a structured problem solver and operator who contributes to organizing complex work, executing enterprise‑wide programs, and driving measurable outcomes. This individual collaborates across teams, translates transformation priorities into actionable work plans, and provides clear insights that support decision‑making.
What You’ll Do Break down unclear business problems into structured, actionable work plans. Support the design and execution of initiatives that span multiple departments, ensuring alignment, clear ownership, and progress toward defined outcomes. Develop clear, simple materials that help executives and clients understand initiative status and impact. Offer objective views on how the organization is performing, where we can improve, and the actionable steps needed to realize the opportunities. Find opportunities to simplify processes and make the operating model easier to run. Drive adoption of new technology by supporting rollout planning, user readiness, and change management. Contribute to establishing standards for ways of working, delivery, and client service across the organization. Translate technical changes into clear, easy‑to‑use documentation for frontline teams. Facilitate training sessions to enable teams to learn new processes and tools. Conduct root‑cause analysis on risk incidents and assess long‑term control effectiveness.
What You’ll Need 5+ years’ experience in consulting, technology, payments, insurance, hospitality, or similarly complex environments. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience in lieu of advanced education). Distinctive problem‑solving skills that can be deployed across a range of topics and departments. Experience supporting or leading cross‑functional initiatives; people‑management experience helpful but not required. Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive‑level storytelling. Experience convening diverse groups to drive integrated solutions. Familiarity with Risk and Compliance functions (preferred). Experience driving adoption of new technologies to maximize user value.

We offer great benefits, including health/dental insurance, parental leave, 401(k), incentive/bonus opportunity, tuition reimbursement, and so much more. The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 – $150,000, dependent on skills and location. The salary range is a good faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.
