Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Respond to user queries via phone, email, or ticketing systems
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving faults
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Support software installations, updates, and patches
Maintain IT documentation, logs, and reports
Assist in maintaining network security and data backups
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1–3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common office software
Understanding of troubleshooting techniques and IT best practices
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple issues
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira)
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Exposure to cybersecurity practices
