Role Summary As an HR Intern, you will support daily HR operations with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative coordination. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain practical HR experience, especially in IT recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in IT recruitment activities such as sourcing, job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
Support employee onboarding and documentation processes
Maintain HR databases, records, and employee files accurately
Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions
Handle administrative tasks and HR project support
Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information
