As our Enterprise Project Manager, you’ll be the engine behind the execution of marketing services for Clever’s business clients. This role is all about clarity, coordination, and delivery. You’ll work closely with our Relationship Managers (RMs), Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs) and internal teams to ensure projects are running smoothly, timelines stay on track, scope stays protected and enterprise clients experience consistent, high-quality execution. This is a delivery-focused project management role with no sales or strategy ownership; it does require strong judgment, confidence, and the ability to manage complexity with calm leadership. General Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project workflows for business marketing account Turn client goals into actionable timelines, milestones and production plans Oversee multi-channel deliverables across branding, digital, content, web, performance and production Internal Team Coordination Partner directly with Account Managers to support client delivery Coordinate across design, copy, web/dev, SEO, email, paid media and production teams Keep everything organized, documented and moving forward in Basecamp Own schedules, deadlines, and deliverable accountability Confidently manage scope, priorities, and project changes Raise risks early and solve problems before they become surprises Client‑Facing Support (Targeted + Purposeful) Provide project updates and deliverable communications as needed Support Account Managers in ensuring clients feel informed and taken care of Maintain a professional, enterprise‑ready experience throughout delivery Operational Excellence Help improve efficiency and consistency across business accounts Bring structure, process, and clarity to complex project environments Contribute to scalable systems that support Clever’s growth Education and Experience:
Required 3–5 years of project management experience Strong ability to manage multiple projects at once Clear communicator with excellent organizational instincts Comfortable owning timelines, details, and delivery accountability Preferred 5–8 years of experience Prior agency background Experience supporting business or B2B client work Familiarity with full-service marketing deliverables, including: Branding + identity systems Email marketing + lead generation Website UX, design, and development Video, motion graphics, and event production Compensation:
Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
