About the Role This is a Principal Consultant-level position. You will own end-to-end solution design for Workforce Planning use cases, working directly with client stakeholders and delivery teams to translate complex planning requirements into scalable, high-performing Anaplan solutions. The role also carries pre-sales and internal practice development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and deliver Anaplan WFP solutions across a range of use cases
Lead requirements workshops, solution design sessions, data mapping, UAT, and post-go-live support
Design end-to-end planning architectures covering data flows, integrations, scenario management, and reporting
Integrate Anaplan with enterprise source systems
Mentor model builders and junior consultants on modeling standards and architectural best practices
Contribute to pre-sales activities, including demos, proofs of concept, and solution shaping
Required Qualifications
Certified Solution Architect and/or Master Anaplanner certification required
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Anaplan implementation experience
Minimum 2 to 3 completed Workforce Planning implementations in a lead architecture capacity
Experience integrating Anaplan with enterprise systems such as ERP, HCM, CRM, or WFM platforms
Nice to Have
Deep working knowledge of the Polaris Engine
Prior involvement in pre-sales, RFP responses, or solution shaping
