EverTeam allows customer care agents and team leads to train, work, and communicate seamlessly within one unified system. To continue building reliable, highly scalable, and secure solutions that meet evolving customer needs, the EverTeam squad is seeking a Senior Backend Developer with deep expertise in Node.js and AWS. This is a remote role, candidate must be located and eligible to work in EMEA. Maintain and improve our backend systems that orchestrate various parts of the product Create out-of-the-box solutions to help resolve scaling challenges How we work
Driven by the Agile Scrum method, we are organized in squads of 6-8 people featuring a Product Owner, a Lead Developer (acting as Scrum Master), Frontend & Backend Developers and QA Engineers. Our DevOps Engineers and UI/UX Designers are dedicated to all squads. Main technologies used for this role
Node.js – AWS – MySQL – DynamoDB – Docker – Fargate Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Node.js and AWS services Fluent English, spoken and written Familiar with: AWS Serverless services (Lambda, Aurora, Fargate, API Gateway), MySQL/DynamoDB, Containerization (Docker + Fargate) and CloudFormation An expert in fixing database performance issues, specifically those related to queries Knowledge in Vue.js a plus
