What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and objectives
Analyze existing processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements for operational efficiency
Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure alignment on project goals
Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights for strategic decision-making
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs) and compliance documentation
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, Finance, Healthcare, or ERP systems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong understanding of business process modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA Certification
Experience with ERP, CRM, or cloud-based business applications
Knowledge of API integrations and data migration projects
Experience in leading and mentoring junior business analysts
