We are hiring an OPT Recruiter with hands‑on experience in sourcing and handling OPT/CPT candidates. This role is specifically focused on OPT hiring, not general US IT recruitment. Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit OPT/CPT candidates for US requirements Build and maintain a strong pipeline of OPT candidates Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Guide candidates on marketing and submission process Coordinate with vendors and internal teams Maintain candidate trackers and ensure regular follow‑ups Mandatory Requirement
Experience in OPT recruitment is mandatory Must have worked with OPT/CPT candidates Understanding of visa terms (OPT, CPT, EAD) Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Ability to handle multiple candidates simultaneously Basic knowledge of US staffing process Preferred
Immediate joiners Experience in bench sales/OPT marketing is an added advantage
