We’re hiring immediately to replace a departing engineer—our project team has 1,000+ client-committed project hours already scheduled. In this senior, hands‑on role, you’ll own complex Microsoft 365/Azure, networking, and security projects end-to-end—planning, implementation, cutover/rollback readiness, and post-go‑live validation—while keeping stakeholders informed and confident. If you thrive on repeatable, standards-based implementations, crisp documentation, and clear client communication, we want to talk with you ASAP.

Role Overview As a Level 3 Project Engineer (Network Systems Engineer), you will lead and execute client IT projects end-to-end—from discovery and planning through implementation, cutover, rollback planning, and post-go-live support. This is a hands‑on role that requires strong technical depth, excellent documentation habits, and confident, clear communication with stakeholders.

What Success Looks Like (First 30–60 Days)
Quickly ramp into active project work and take ownership of assigned implementations
Produce clear documentation, diagrams, and cutover/rollback plans for active initiatives
Lead at least one critical migration or project phase with strong communication and clean execution
Establish trust with clients and internal teams through reliable follow-through and technical excellence
Compensation:
$105,000 - $120,000
