Overview Auburn Advancement is excited to begin the search for a
TES
Donor Relations Stewardship Coordinator . The individual in this position will represent Auburn University and will provide direct support in the Donor Relations Department of Auburn Advancement.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Preparing acknowledgement letters for the Senior Vice President of Advancement and the President of the university (25%).
Preparing tribute notifications for gifts made in honor or in memory of an individual (25%).
Assisting with special impact reporting (20%).
Maintaining donor records with a high level of confidentiality.
Assisting with planning and executing recognition and stewardship records, materials and events (10%).
Monitors budget and prepares vouchers and statements for reconciliation (10%).
Participating in other special projects, which may include gift agreement related projects, donor societies, marketing functions or document templates for the unit and partner units (10%).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution plus 1 year of work experience in public relations work and general office operations.
OR
Master’s degree.
