The ContributionYou’llbring to this Role:
TheAccountManager,Ecommerce is a performance-drivenecommerce marketerresponsible for accelerating growth, profitability, and brand excellence across Justrite Safety Group’s Amazon channels. This role combines strategic planning, operationalexpertise, and data-led decision-making tooptimizeeveryfacetof the Amazon ecosystem—from product listings and brand store experience to advertising, pricing, and fulfillment. The Manager will serve as the day-to-day account lead, overseeing vendor relationships, marketplace compliance, and performance health while driving continuous improvement in discoverability, conversion, and ROI. Reportingtothe Director, EcommerceChannel Marketing, this role is central to advancing JSG’s digital commerce excellence and marketplace leadership.

We manage andoptimizeour online platforms, digital marketing initiatives, and marketplace partnerships to ensure our products are accessible whenever and wherever customers shop. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, innovation, and collaboration, the team works across functions to enhance the customer journey, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable business results. Always forward-looking, the E-Commerce team plays a critical role in shaping our digital strategy and positioning us for long-term success in an evolving marketplace.
WhatYou’llDoat Justrite:
Develop and implement strategies to drivebrand visibility,sales, margin, and conversion acrossAmazon.
Drive Amazon marketplace growth through effective product listing management,brand store experience,pricing strategies,content,advertising,A/B test strategies,and performance optimization.
Lead and build the vendormanagement relationship as the day-to-day contact and acct lead for JID (or SID).
Partner with theEcommContent Manager tomonitorand improve digital shelf performance:glance views,SEO, PDP quality,content score,image accuracy, and product discoverability.
Build promotional calendarsto maximize ROI and partner engagementand work to secure promotional approval throughcompelling and analyticalbusiness case creation.
Oversee marketplace compliance, operational performanceand account health whileoptimizingFBA inventory, FBM procedures,andlogisticsto ensure JSG meets & exceeds Amazon benchmarks.
Troubleshoot operational issues with Vendor Central including PO issues, chargebacks, and cases.
Conduct competitive research and category analysis to uncover whitespace opportunities,identifyhigh-velocity listings, and guide channel expansion.
Partner with marketing to develop and executecontent enhancements plans,paid media campaigns, SEO/SEM,A/B test strategies,and personalization initiatives that enhance visibility and conversion.
Monitor performance throughcreation and usage ofdashboards and analytics tools, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Stay current onAmazon, marketplace, and generalecommerce industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform strategies and unlock new revenue streams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Brand, Merchandising, Supply Chain) to align growth initiatives, program execution, and go-to-marketstrategies.
Lead strategic planning for both near-term execution and long-term (3-year horizon) channel growth.
Seller Central (SID Only):
Manage FBA Weekly replenishment orderprocess;whilemonitoringinventory levels to maximize turns and reduce AMZ fees.
Manage3rdParty platform to aid in the recovery of AMZfees.
Other duties as assigned.
Your Skills and Expertise:
To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:
Bachelor's degree inBusiness orMarketingpreferred.
A minimum of 5+ years’previousexperience in Ecommerce Account Management & Marketing, Amazon experiencerequired.
Experience marketing a global brand in the ecommerce space, B2B preferred.
Proven ability toassess Ecommerce business and develop a marketing/merchandising strategy to drivegrowth.
Additionalqualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working withcustomersand internalpartners.
Demonstratesproficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, PIM, DAM, Commerceplatformsas well as other marketingtools.
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from$105,000 to $120,000.
Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevantexperienceand performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
