ABOUT THE POSITION The Working Families Party Development Team is looking for a Development Associate to provide essential support to this mission critical team within the organization. Responsibilities include supporter data coordination, grants management, and other research and administrative projects. Members of the Development Team are collaborative and independent. We set annual objectives together, but own and drive our work plans and daily priorities with a high level of independence -- but our colleagues are never more than a Slack DM away.
COMPENSATION The base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 and will be adjusted based on an internal equitable scale that takes into consideration years of experience, geographic location, and final job description. We also offer excellent benefits, including four weeks of vacation annually.
