As a Director – Canada APX Project Development you will guide Westinghouse Energy Corporation (WEC) projects within the US industry customer base to develop, close, and maintain engagement of APX technology. You will establish critical relationships with customers at multiple levels and report to the Vice‑President APX Project Development – North America. The role is remote.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as key interface between customers and WEC deliver/commercial teams, guiding commercial engagements and priorities.
Develop long‑term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that meet technical and financial expectations.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, track industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, and report on sales activities and forecasts to senior leadership.
Qualifications
B.S. in Engineering or Business Management.
10+ years in Nuclear or Energy Industries.
In‑depth knowledge of Westinghouse products, nuclear utility industry, and regulatory environment.
Experience with global marketing principles, strategic planning, negotiation, commercial terms, and contract administration.
Strong business planning and analytical skills.
Eligibility Eligible and authorized to travel to the U.S. on Westinghouse business. Travel subject to U.S. DOE regulations and applicable export laws.
Salary Estimated base salary $152,000‑$190,000 CAD per year. Incentive pay may be eligible.
