Establish and refine scoring methodologies to ensure clarity, fairness, and alignment with evaluation objectives. Conduct calibration sessions with assessors and subject matter experts to maintain inter-rater reliability. Validate assessments through pilot testing, data analysis, and continuous quality control processes. Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend rubric improvements. Develop clear feedback frameworks based on rubric outcomes to support learning and performance improvement. Collaborate with instructional designers, educators, and stakeholders to enhance assessment quality and effectiveness. Requirements
Proven experience designing and implementing assessment rubrics. Strong knowledge of scoring methodologies, calibration techniques, and evaluation validation methods. Ability to analyze performance data and apply insights to improve assessment frameworks. Experience maintaining quality control within structured evaluation systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to produce clear, actionable feedback based on rubric-driven assessments. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable collaborating in a remote environment.
