You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at a construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing site staff, enforcing safety regulations, and reporting progress to senior project managers.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
Monitor project progress.
Interpret and implement construction plans and blueprints.
Schedule work and allocate resources efficiently.
Inspect work to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and engineers.
Handle site‑level issues, such as material shortages or unforeseen construction challenges.
Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Civil or B.E. (Civil)
Ensure all site personnel have the necessary training and certifications.
Self‑motivated.
Positive learning attitude.
Immediate joiner.
French language speaking and understanding preferred.
