Requirements
Deep expertise in protein design, structural biology, enzyme engineering, FEP/ddG workflows, structure-guided medicinal chemistry, biophysics, force field chemistry, or adjacent molecular sciences
Ability to author well-scoped long-horizon design problems with rigorous evaluation frameworks
Strong judgment in assessing scientific reasoning quality, experimental logic, and design decisions across iterative workflows
Comfortable evaluating trajectories using internet-enabled or constrained-tool environments
Experience contributing to impactful molecular programs, scientific tooling, or research infrastructure
Ability to iterate quickly on drafts and collaborate in a fast-feedback research environment
Advanced academic or industry background in structural biology, computational biology, materials science, biophysics, chemistry, or related disciplines
