Job title: Human Resources Operations Specialist Location: Remote Rate: $35/hour on W2 Key Responsibilities: Case Management Serve as the main point of contact for employees using the education assistance program. Track and manage cases from submission through completion. Respond to employee inquiries with clarity and efficiency. Reimbursement Processing Review and verify tuition and fee reimbursement documents. Ensure all reimbursements meet program policies and eligibility criteria. Coordinate with finance and payroll for accurate and timely payments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, employee benefits, or program administration. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ServiceNow or similar case management systems is a plus. Familiarity with payroll and education reimbursement policies is advantageous.
