Xelbooks is seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Content Creator / Virtual Admin Intern
to support our digital media and administrative needs. This paid internship is fully remote and ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain real-world experience in design, digital marketing, and virtual assistance.
What You’ll Do:
Design digital and print content using Canva, Microsoft Word, and Adobe InDesign
Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
Support general virtual admin tasks as needed
Work closely with the founder and receive hands‑on training
Collaborate on branding, marketing, and client materials
Requirements:
Access to your own computer and reliable internet
Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Word, Adobe InDesign, or a willingness to learn
Good communication and organization skills
Self‑starter with a creative eye and attention to detail
Flexible hours and schedule
Fully remote position
On‑the‑job training and mentorship
