In this role, you will serve as a key member of the clinical team, ensuring residents receive timely, accurate, and person-centered care./ppWorking under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the CMA plays a critical role in promoting resident safety, comfort, and well-being while supporting the implementation of individualized care plans in accordance with regulatory standards./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliAdminister prescribed medications accurately and in accordance with physician orders, facility policy, and state regulations/liliMonitor and document vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respirations, reporting abnormalities promptly/liliAssist residents with mobility needs, including transfers, ambulation, and repositioning in alignment with care plans/liliProvide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding/liliRespond promptly to call lights and resident requests, ensuring timely and respectful service/liliMaintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with infection control and safety protocols/liliObserve and report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse in a timely and accurate manner/liliCommunicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members/liliAdhere to all facility policies, KDADS regulations, and infection prevention standards/liliCollaborate with clinical staff to ensure individualized care plans are executed effectively, addressing both physical and emotional needs/li/ulpQualifications/pulliCurrent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the State of Kansas/liliCurrent Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the State of Kansas/liliAbility to provide compassionate, resident-centered care across a range of physical and cognitive conditions/liliStrong teamwork and collaboration skills within a healthcare environment/liliEffective problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced setting/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills/liliDemonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality care and enhancing resident well-being/li/ulpBenefits/pulliCompetitive compensation/lili401(k) retirement plan/liliHealth, dental, and vision insurance/liliPaid Time Off (PTO)/liliSupportive and collaborative work environment/li/ulpGrow With Us/ppAt Heritage Grove Estates, we are committed to developing our team members.
