Description
- Daily handling of live birds.
- Identify and remove substandard chicks.
- Remove egg shells from processing belt.
- All other relevant duties to the job as a Hatchery team member.
Requirements
- Company provided on the job training.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift 25+ lbs., and roll/push buggies weighing ~1,000 lbs.
- Subject to dusty and hot environments.
- Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
- Frequently stand 8+ hours.
- Regularly exposed to heat conditions of 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Work around raw, live animal odors.
