*Duties*
* Oversee the daily operations of our service department.
* Lead and support a team of technicians to ensure top-notch customer service.
* Manage repair schedules, workflow, and service efficiency.
* Maintain strong customer relationships and provide expert service solutions.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in service management, perferably in agriculture or heavy equipment.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage a team in a fast paced environment.
* Knowledge of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of farm equipment.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
