*Responsibilities:*
* Working with the Site Supervisor, the Foreman will assist with work plans, preparing work schedules and employee assignments for each job
* Maintains a safe working environment at all times for crew members and adheres to OSHA safety standards
* Anticipates problems and proactively comes up with solutions
* Ensures that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner
* Maintains a daily report record of daily tasks on each project
* Work with Supervisor and Project Manager to schedule equipmnet and subcontracors for each job
* Carry out daily equipment maintenance at the job site
* Conduct weekly safety meetings
*Requirements*
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in site & utility work and 1+ years' as a Foreman
* Ability to understand construction documents and plans
* Excellent leadership abilities
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Be able to communicate effectively with crews, management and clients
* Be able to adapt quickly to changes and problem solve
* High school diploma or GED preferred
* A valid driver's license
* DOT Medical Card
* MA Hoisting License
* OSHA 10
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $37.00 per hour
