In this role, you will connect with customers through strong verbal and written communication skills, driving renewal opportunities, and collaborating with field teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals./ppWork model, sponsorship, relocation: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time./ppYour responsibilities will include:/pulliIdentify expiring service contracts and warranties to initiate the sales renewal process./liliUncover and qualify opportunities to increase the capture rate across the capital equipment portfolio./liliGenerate and create accurate, competitive quotes for service contract renewals./liliCollaborate with Regional Managers, Territory Managers, and National Accounts Managers to identify key decision-makers and strategize sales approaches./liliEnsure executed agreements are received, processed, and documented according to company policies./liliProvide weekly updates to management on sales progress, at-risk accounts, and sales forecasts./liliRecord and maintain accurate data on sales opportunities, interactions, and contract details within Salesforce.com./li/ulpQualifications:/ppRequired qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in business or a related field, plus a minimum of 3 years experience in sales or inside sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience./liliProven ability to convert prospects and close deals while meeting or exceeding established sales quotas./liliStrong objection-handling and negotiation skills./liliDemonstrated experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, and effective time management./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities./liliSelf-motivated with high energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic./liliAbility to quickly learn new products, programs, and processes./liliProven ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders./liliCommitment to customer satisfaction and retention through timely and professional issue resolution./liliConsistent demonstration of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with company values./li/ulpPreferred qualifications:/pulliExperience using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce./liliPrevious experience in the medical device industry./li/ulpCompensation: The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
