Our work positively impacts the lives of over 10,000 people with disabilities, equipping them with the confidence, skills, and self-belief to achieve their expressed goals Job Title: HR Coordinator Permanent, 39 hours a week Location: Parkwest Business Park, Dublin 12 (Hybrid Model Available) Salary: Ranging from €33,655 to €45,533, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Purpose The HR Coordinator is a key member of the People & Culture function, providing central administrative, systems and coordination support across the employee lifecycle. The role has particular responsibility for maintaining accurate employee records, processing employee documentation, supporting internal employee movements, actioning approved manager requests submitted through HRIS and other agreed channels, preparing payroll-related information, administering employment changes and ensuring HR systems are accurate and up to date. The role supports HR Generalists, HR Business Partners and the wider People & Culture team by providing timely, accurate and professional administrative support across employee correspondence, leave administration, illness benefit, income protection, health and wellbeing activity, HRConnection queries, reporting, projects and process improvements. Minimum Education & Experience required: A qualification in HR, CIPD, Business Administration, or equivalent experience At least 1 year's experience in HR, payroll, administration, or shared services Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent written English and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) A proactive, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment Job Duties & Responsibilities Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems Processing employee lifecycle changes (appointments, promotions, leave, etc.) Preparing and issuing HR documentation and correspondence Supporting payroll administration and liaising with Finance Managing queries through HR systems (e.g. HRIS, HRConnection) Supporting wellbeing initiatives, reporting, and HR projects Ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and timely service delivery Additional requirements As part of our recruitment process, if applicable, candidates will be required to provide a Police certificate from the countries they have resided prior coming to Ireland.* A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign.
