Having recently merged with a leading European firm, the combined business now stands at 200+ people with a clear and ambitious vision: to become the largest Data Centre advisory practice in Europe. You will be joining a team that is growing with purpose, working on some of the most technically demanding and high-profile projects in the sector. You will be working on a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, with a significant focus on Data Centre developments, contributing to design development, technical coordination, and BIM management across multiple stages of delivery. The Role As a Senior Architect, you will be a key contributor to the technical delivery of projects, working closely with project architects, engineers, and wider design teams. Your responsibilities will include: Production and coordination of Revit models across project stages Managing and maintaining BIM standards, protocols, and deliverables Technical drawing production and design development Coordinating with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues Ensuring model integrity, clash detection, and information management Supporting the wider team in delivering projects to the highest technical standard Requirements A degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology 5+ years relevant industry experience Strong Revit proficiency is essential over 90% of the practice's output is Revit-based, and candidates must be confident, capable, and experienced Revit users Good technical knowledge across stages of design and construction Experience in or exposure to Data Centre or large-scale commercial projects would be a distinct advantage Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality output Excellent communication and coordination skills What's on Offer Competitive salary A structured and supportive working environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance The opportunity to work on technically challenging, large-scale Data Centre and commercial projects A team culture built on mutual respect, high standards, and professional growth The backing and resources of a 200+ person pan-European practice with ambitious growth plans
