We'reseeking a Digital Content Coordinator to own the delivery of work across ourCreative, UX,Product,Engineeringand Content teams.This role willfacilitateteam alignment, manage projecttimelinesand remove barriers to execution through strategic coordination across global operations. What You'll Do
Project Scoping and Intake: Partner withCharging, Sales, Recruiting, Demand Generation other internal teamsto define, prioritize and scope content projects acrossthe organization
Strategic Alignment:Maintainongoing communication with leadership to ensure project priorities reflect businessobjectivesand surface capacity or resourcing constraints
Milestone Planning and Accountability:Establishproject milestones and delivery dates,maintainingclear accountability and surfacing risks early to keep initiatives on track
End-to-End Project Ownership: Track content initiatives from kickoff through delivery,maintainingvisibility into timelines,dependenciesand delivery health across all phases
Asset Coordination and Delivery: Manage review cycles, copy delivery and handoff of creative assets and design files to stakeholders, ensuring quality standards and specifications are met
Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the connective tissue between Creative, UX and Content teams, proactivelyidentifyingand resolving blockers
Global Team Enablement:Facilitateworkflows and communication across distributed teams in multiple time zones
Status Reporting:Maintainvisibility into active projects,capacityand pipeline through regular reporting to stakeholders and leadership
What You'll Bring
3+ years in project management, preferably in content,creativeor digital product environments
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams
Strong communicationskills with ability to influence without direct authority
Experience with project management tools
Comfortable working with global, distributed teams
Background in content strategy, UX or creative operationsis preferred
Experience building oroptimizingworkflows and processesis preferred
Familiarity with creative production pipelinesis preferred

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
