Overview CTG is seeking a Workday HCM Solution Architect - Talent & Testing.
Location:

Lead Workday Talent process architecture and testing for major SaaS deployments.
Drive end-to-end testing: planning, execution, defect triage, and release management.
Partner with client teams (HR, Finance, IT) to ensure high-quality Workday solutions.
Work with test management and automation tools.
Influence strategic decisions and support post-implementation success.
Must-Have Skills
Certified Workday HCM Consultant (Agentic AI Framework experience).
Pfizer HCM custom process & SDLC expertise.
Workday Talent Process Solution Architect, Studio Certified.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Data analytics expertise.
Client management up to VP levels.
Mergers & acquisitions exposure; prior Workday implementations.
Experience
Hands-on Workday HCM functional experience (Talent Management preferred).
Proven ability to gather requirements, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions.
Consulting experience supporting HR and Finance business processes.
Education
Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Workday certification(s) preferred.
Excellent Verbal And Written English Communication Skills Are Required.
