Only W2 candidate. Not accepting C2C candidates. Key Responsibilities:
Review proposal designs with
financial acumen
and understanding of
fiber scope . Lead
in-building DOT (radio) deployments , including COP review and RSRP coverage analysis. Manage
market/vendor design intakes, inquiries , and
coverage analysis . Create and manage
RFDS
documents. Work cross-functionally with market RF teams and stakeholders. Qualifications:
Experience deploying
small cells
as
Construction Manager
or
Project Manager . Familiarity with
Extenet
or
Crown Castle
fiber/small cell organizations. Strong understanding of
RF propagation and design principles . Hands-on experience with
Atoll . T-Mobile experience
preferred, especially with
