Learn and Grow : Engage in our immersive 3-6 month training program to gain valuable insights into the insurance industry and our agency's mission. Operational Excellence : Develop the skills to efficiently manage daily business operations and ensure operational success. Customer Engagement : Interact with customers to understand their needs and offer customized permanent benefits for their families. Foster Strong Relationships : Build positive and impactful relationships with various groups and associations, including Mass Police, Mass Nurses, Mass firefighters, Postal Workers, Labor Unions, and more. Skill Development : Enhance essential skills such as communication, leadership, organization, time management, networking, and team building. Business Logistics : Gain insights into corporate logistics and strategies to maximize earnings and profit margins.
Qualifications:
US Citizen
18 years of age or older and able to pass a background check.
High school diploma required.
Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not required—we’ll train you!
Passionate about connecting with clients and making an impact.
Eager to grow and challenge yourself in a fast-paced, rewarding sales environment.
Compensation: Commission based compensation with renewals and bonus opportunities
