Mortgage Loan Processor (DSCR / Investor Lending Focus)
Location: Remote
Reporting to: Director of Settlement Operations

We focus on DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) rental loans and short-term bridge financing, helping investors scale portfolios and build long-term generational wealth.
DFS has established itself as a leader in the non-QM lending space, with consistent, high-volume growth and a fast-paced, investor-driven pipeline. We are seeking a highly experienced Loan Processor with deep DSCR and investor loan expertise to help us maintain execution speed, accuracy, and an exceptional borrower experience.
This is not a traditional retail processing role—this is a high-volume, investor-focused non-QM environment where DSCR experience is critical to success.

Your Impact: You will own and drive DSCR and investor loan files from setup through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and speed in a high-volume pipeline. Your expertise in non-QM lending will directly support our ability to close complex investor loans efficiently and deliver a seamless borrower experience.
In This Role You Will:
Process
DSCR rental loans and bridge loans from setup to closing
with precision and urgency
Manage a high-volume pipeline of
non-QM investor loans
Coordinate all parties involved in settlement, including borrowers, title, attorneys, and internal teams
Review and analyze
title reports, vesting (LLC structures), and settlement documentation
Ensure loan files meet non-QM and investor lending requirements throughout the process
Maintain clear, proactive communication with borrowers and stakeholders
Anticipate and resolve issues common in DSCR and LLC-based transactions
Maintain organized workflow and pipeline management in Salesforce
Requirements:
3+ years of mortgage processing experience with strong DSCR / non-QM loan exposure (required)
Direct experience processing
DSCR rental loans and/or investor bridge loans (strongly preferred)
Solid understanding of
LLC vesting structures and investor lending guidelines
Strong experience reviewing
title commitments and settlement documents
Prior experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under tight timelines
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in complex loan scenarios
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume lending environment
Nice to Have:
Direct experience with real estate investors or private lending platforms
Familiarity with non-QM guidelines beyond DSCR (bridge, asset-based lending, etc.)
Prior experience in a lender or broker environment focused on investor loans
