10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities
Build and enhance AI-powered interviewing systems Contribute across frontend (React) and backend services Integrate modern AI technologies (GPT-4o and similar) into production environments Improve interview automation, scheduling, and candidate experiences Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and AI/ML teams to ship products end-to-end from ideation through launch Support large-scale hiring infrastructure handling high volumes of interviews annually Requirements
Experience building scalable engineering systems Experience working with frontend technologies such as React Experience working with backend services Experience integrating AI technologies into production environments Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in product-driven environments
