We’re looking for an
Associate Product Manager (APM)
to join the
Product Team at Impacteers . In this role, you’ll support the discovery, development, and improvement of products that help users navigate their career journeys and help organizations connect with the right talent more effectively. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, business, and cross-functional teams to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver intuitive, high-impact product experiences. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who is curious, structured in their thinking, highly collaborative, and excited to learn how strong product teams build and scale meaningful products in an AI-first environment. Role Overview
As an Associate Product Manager, you will: Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem discovery to launch and iteration Work with engineering, design and business teams to define requirements, clarify scope, and prioritize execution Gather and synthesize user feedback, market inputs, and product data to support decision-making Help define product goals, success metrics, and release plans Conduct competitor and market research to strengthen product direction and feature strategy Participate in agile rituals such as sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives Contribute to product documentation including PRDs, user stories, workflows, and release notes Advocate for user needs while balancing business priorities and technical feasibility Support experimentation, feature adoption analysis, and continuous product improvement Contribute to AI-enabled product thinking by identifying opportunities where AI can improve user experience, efficiency, personalization, or decision-making Work with teams to translate AI capabilities into practical product use cases and user value Why This Role Might Be for You

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, strategy, operations, or a growth-focused role in a tech environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business teams Strong interest in technology, digital products, AI, and market trends Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity and changing priorities Foundational understanding of the
AI landscape , including concepts such as generative AI, machine learning, recommendation systems, and AI-powered workflows Awareness of how AI can be applied for discovery, prioritization, personalization, automation, and user experience improvement Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to product analytics, user research, experimentation, or agile product development Ability to translate user problems into clear product requirements Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Excel/Sheets, or analytics dashboards Interest in career tech, hiring tech, HR tech, or marketplace/platform products Experience using AI tools in day-to-day product work, such as for research synthesis, requirement drafting, customer insight analysis, workflow automation, or productivity enhancement Understanding of key product considerations for AI-enabled features, including accuracy, usability, bias, explainability, and user trust Curiosity about emerging AI trends, tools, and product opportunities in the talent and career ecosystem What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means helping the team ship thoughtful product improvements, making decisions grounded in user needs and data, and contributing to products that improve how talent discovers opportunities and how organizations engage with the right people. Success also means developing strong product judgment around where AI adds real value and where human-centered design matters most.
