Your Impact The essential functions of this position include:
Manage projects and tasks, as assigned, including tool replacement and upgrades, maintaining accurate data set in tools, deploying new networks, integrating tools and authentication methods, hardware upgrades and replacements, creating and updating documentation.
Perform network/systems support in a Managed Services Center environment.
Troubleshoot, isolate, and diagnose common problems network/systems problems, either alone or as part of a team.
Resolve and manage problems effectively and immediately.
Work in a team environment 7x24x365 with the ability to function independently and discretely during rotating shift work.
Provide systems support functions for client end systems, which includes design, development, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem resolution. Follow-through until problems are resolved.
Focus on building your own high-level technical skills including building a strength in coding and automation techniques.
Ability to work overnight shifts on a weekly rotating schedule.
Ability to work remotely and still provide a professional communication experience.
Qualifications
1-2 years of networking experience
CCNA upon hire or within 6 months of employment
Experience/training on one or more of the following: Cisco LAN and WAN Devices, Fortinet Infrastructure systems, Practical knowledge of Enterprise Networking concepts.
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Experience/training on one or more of the following: Windows Server and RHEL Linux, CCNA Certification or NSE3 or working towards preferred.
Position Specifics The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $24.04 and $33.65 hourly. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.

Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an offer of employment is extended.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
