Regional Controller Overview: Hixen Search Group is assisting one of its best clients in searching for a Regional Controller to support 1-2 facilities. The company, a large manufacturer, is searching for someone to oversee Plant Managers and take ownership of the accounting operations for those Plants. Month-end close, financial reporting, inventory and KPI reporting, budgeting/forecasting. This role is fully remote with the expectation of travel 2-4 times/year (within the Midwest). This role works with Operational leaders as well as Corporate leaders and will have an immediate impact on the business growth. Responsibilities: Provide daily, weekly, and quarterly analysis on plant performance to leadership Lead the plant budgeting process Ownership of month-end close & financial reporting Complete plant forecasting and rolling KPI’s Working with the team to create process improvements Assist operational leaders with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analysis Why This Opportunity: Fully remote with lots of flexibility Collaborating with Operational leaders & Corporate leadership - great variety Make an impact - you oversee the Plant Manager for 1-2 Plants Desired Candidate Profile: 6+ years' experience // Manufacturing experience required Strong month-end close & financial analysis Ability to work with Ops & Corporate leadership SAP and/or Navision ERP experience strongly preferred Self-starter & willing to work in details as well as higher-level work Seniority level
