10 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications. Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. Develop frontend applications using React and backend services using Node.js or Python. Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards. Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user-focused solutions. Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues. Establish and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. Requirements
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system architecture. Proven ability to build and deploy scalable full-stack applications. Knowledge of security best practices in web development. Strong communication skills for remote collaboration. Experience mentoring or guiding engineering teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
