What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Take total ownership of one or more New Product Development projects
Lead the Core Team toward a common objective and manage resources effectively
Negotiate with functional managers and the Project Approval Committee (PAC) to alleviate resource constraints
Report project status to PAC following contract dates and ensure adherence to development processes
Resolve conflicts and manage controversial issues proactively
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
5‑10 years of experience in project management or equivalent
Proven leadership skills in developing and managing teams
Knowledge of project management techniques, tools, and manufacturing processes
Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Experience navigating a matrix organization
Familiarity with risk management and uncertainty management techniques
