Summary The GTM Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales strategies and operational support for the sales team and tracking growth. Ensure compliance of Sales personnel in their use of sales tools, and act as an internal liaison to all Departments collaborating in the proposal and installation process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Meet all performance targets as identified by WellDyne Sales management.
Coordinate Operational aspects of RFPs including Salesforce entry, Strategy documentation.
Understand all aspects of the Sales process.
Coordinate Finalist activities including prep sessions, run of show and presentation decks.
CRM ongoing maintenance for entry and updates. Bi‑weekly maintenance reporting.
Resource for field Sales during travel.
Request contracts via Conga and provide supporting documentation.
Act as liaison for Growth team related to building Sales processes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) and four years of healthcare operations, administration, sales, or account management experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient with MS Office and Salesforce.
Strong work ethic and ability to multi‑task.
Strong interpersonal networking skills for relationship building.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C‑level.
Willing to travel per business needs.
Work Environment / Physical Demands This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. It requires hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including computers and phone equipment. The role may involve occasional high stress when dealing with customers or clients, and some travel may be required.
