What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Maintain comprehensive project trackers for HR acquisition and integration initiatives
Coordinate and monitor timelines for benefits transitions, payroll conversions, HRIS integrations, and policy harmonization
Support HR data integration efforts, including tracking data migration and validation prior to system go‑live
Facilitate integration meetings; document decisions and action items
Identify risks and timeline conflicts, escalating issues as necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms
Exceptional organizational, documentation, and follow‑up skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or organizational integrations
PMP certification or formal project management training
Experience in professional services, consulting, or multi‑entity environments
Familiarity with HRIS or payroll system implementations
