JOB TITLE: AI Architect;
LOCATION: Remote (US-based);
COMMITMENT: Full-Time;

ROLE SUMMARY YourCode, on behalf of its client, is seeking to find an experienced AI Architect to lead the design, integration, and delivery of advanced AI solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this person will be shaping end-to-end architectures that cover traditional machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation, helping define scalable solutions, guide technical decision-making, and ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise strategy, security expectations, and best practices. You will help establish the organization’s AI engineering best practices, patterns, and architectural frameworks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing end-to-end AI systems combining ML models, generative AI, data pipelines, APIs, and applications;
Defining scalable architecture patterns, standards, and best practices;
Recommending tools, frameworks, and cloud services to support AI delivery;
Turning business needs into technical designs and implementation plans;
Advising teams on model choices, data readiness, and infrastructure requirements;
Leading architectural reviews to ensure security, performance, and maintainability;
Creating workflows for versioning, deployment, tracking, and monitoring of models;
Establishing retraining, evaluation, and responsible AI practices;
Defining guidance for prompt engineering and agent orchestration;
Architecting RAG pipelines, agent‑driven applications, and intelligent workflows;
Integrating cloud‑based LLM services into enterprise solutions;
Assessing new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability;
Partnering with Data Engineering to design feature stores, vector databases, and data flows;
Building scalable cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, or GCP;
Producing architecture diagrams, specifications, and integration plans;
Contributing to engineering standards, security processes, and governance frameworks.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field;
5+ years experience building or deploying AI/ML systems in production;
Strong Python skills and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit‑learn (or similar frameworks);
Experience with major cloud AI platforms (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI);
Solid understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and experience with Docker, Kubernetes;
Experience designing cloud‑native solutions involving APIs/microservices;
Background in designing agent‑based or multi‑model AI systems (desirable);
Knowledge of scalable MLOps approaches and model governance (desirable);
Experience with vector databases, feature stores, or distributed data systems (desirable);
Familiarity with analytics/BI tools like Power BI or Tableau (desirable);
Exposure to enterprise architecture or platform engineering initiatives (desirable);
