Combine deep technical expertise with strong client engagement and delivery leadership.
Lead and execute migration projects, infrastructure modernization, and mainframe-to-Linux consolidation.
Deploy, administer, and optimize enterprise Linux environments on IBM mainframes.
Design and implement migration strategies from legacy/distributed systems to Linux on IBM z.
Lead and mentor cross‑functional technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
Communicate technical solutions and project value to executive‑level stakeholders.
Resolve client concerns, negotiate project scope, and build consensus on architectural decisions.
Plan, track, and deliver large‑scale infrastructure or migration projects using agile/hybrid methodologies.
Collaborate with IBM product and development teams for escalations and co‑engineering.
Estimate, design, and document technical solutions, considering complexity, cost, and effort.
