Process Documentation & Mapping: Create and maintain AS-IS and TO-BE process maps as assigned; Document SOPs, workflows, control points, and process updates; Ensure documentation is accurate, standardized, and rollout-ready. Process Analysis Support: Analyze transaction data, defects, rework, and inefficiencies; Support root cause analysis and impact assessments; Provide structured analytical inputs for process improvement initiatives. Performance & Change Support: Track defined KPIs related to quality, productivity, TAT, and SLA adherence; Support readiness activities for process or technology changes; Ensure corrective and preventive actions are reflected in updated documentation. What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field 8–10 years of experience in transaction quality, process analysis, or operations support roles Strong experience in process mapping and SOP documentation Good analytical skills and comfort with Visio, Powerpoint, Excel and reporting tools High attention to detail and structured execution mindset What’s In It For You?
