What You’ll Do
Triage and/or resolve customer production support tickets for our live integrations.
Coordinate testing of the integration solution during ongoing implementation projects; executing integration test plans.
Assess customer requirements and document business integration workflow.
Proactively work with customer and internal counterparts to remove any project blockers and keep projects on track for targeted delivery.
Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle.
Create and maintain documentation pertaining to integration best practices and workflow recommendations.
Build solid customer relationships with all stakeholders.
What Makes You a Great Fit
You are a natural problem-solver who doesn't wait for a manual. If you see a stalled integration or a recurring support ticket, you dive in to find the root cause.
You enjoy being the "translator" between deep-tech developers and clinical staff. You can explain a data mapping issue to a nurse as easily as you can discuss API endpoints with a dev.
You understand that behind every HL7 message is a patient. You take pride in the accuracy of data because you know it impacts clinical decisions.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where processes are being built as the company scales. You’re excited to help create the "Murj playbook."
What You Bring
1-3 years healthcare integration experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Previous experience implementing both HL7 and FHIR/API integrations.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical audiences.
Nice To Haves
Experience working with interface engines.
Familiarity with data formats from cardiac device manufacturers (e.g., Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Abbott, Biotronik).
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Days 1-30:
You have a firm grasp of the Murj platform and the specific nuances of cardiac monitor data. You’ve shadowed the Integration Specialists on at least three active implementations and have begun resolving basic production support tickets independently.
Days 31-60:
You are leading the testing phase for new integrations, executing test plans with minimal supervision. You’ve identified at least one area for documentation improvement and have updated our internal knowledge base accordingly.
Days 61-90:
You are fully resolving complex integration support tickets and implementing new EHR integrations from start to finish. You have established strong working relationships with both the Murj team and external customer stakeholders.
Location and Schedule This is a remote-friendly position; however, the role requires core working hours of
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
to support our clinical customers and internal teams.
Travel Expectations 1-10%: Minimal to no travel; maybe a few meetings or events.
