Position Overview We’re hiring internship roles for those interested in working at a global learning organization to develop and translate training materials in English and other key languages such as Polish, Turkish, Spanish, German, Hungarian, Dutch, Mandarin, and Tamil.
Job Description Translate existing documents such as standardized work, standing operating procedures, and work instructions into target languages using direct knowledge of target language and AI tools, ensuring sensibility and accuracy of translations. Develop new materials as required in English or target languages using templates in partnership with subject matter experts. Work with colleagues in target language sites in France, Belgium, Hungary, Poland, Turkey, and China to ensure accuracy of translations. Assist in refining the current digital library of materials.
These documents are training materials for our colleagues to use in their preferred languages. This role reports to the Senior Project Manager for Learning and Development.
The location is remote. Any location in the US is possible.
Requirements
Current undergraduate or graduate university student in any year with any field of study or major
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Fluency in English and target language
Ability to design and edit documents using Word, Pages, Acrobat, or Illustrator

Compensation Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $20.00 / hour. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
