Web Developer (Remote)

As a Web Developer, you will have the opportunity to design, build, and maintain interactive, high‑quality web applications that support a variety of projects and initiatives. Working remotely, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement responsive designs, integrate back‑end data sources, and deliver user‑friendly digital solutions. This role emphasizes creative problem‑solving, iterative development, and staying current with the latest web technologies and best practices. You will contribute to impactful projects while growing your technical skills in a supportive and flexible environment.
Accountabilities
Collaborate with project teams to plan, design, and develop web applications that meet functional and technical requirements.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize application features and user interfaces.
Build cross‑browser compatible front‑end applications using HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and related frameworks.
Access and integrate data from various back‑end services and databases.
Participate in quality initiatives to maintain high standards of software performance and reliability.
Research, recommend, and implement new tools, technologies, and development methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 1 year of experience developing and maintaining interactive web applications.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript/JavaScript, and web development frameworks (e.g., npm, jQuery, Bootstrap).
Experience with responsive design, UI/UX prototyping, and wireframing tools.
Familiarity with object‑oriented programming languages such as C# or Java.
Strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote and team‑based settings.
Preferred: experience with SCSS/SASS and knowledge of RESTful web services.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without future sponsorship requirements.
