Job Description As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
Years of nursing experience in [specific area, e.g., acute care, pediatrics, geriatrics].
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
