Job Title: SAP Technical Manager Location: Remote Type: Fulltime Salary: (INR)Open/Market Responsibilities: Lead the Systems Analyst team in their mission to provide technical solutions and support for both internal departments and external users. Manage and execute the team’s operations, communicate performance expectations, provide team feedback, training, and coaching. Contribute to strategic planning and direction surrounding ERP systems and integrations. Oversee the analysis, technical design, system configuration, testing, maintenance, and lifecycle management of SAP S/4HANA. Collaborate with business analyst teams and other departments to define business requirements and provide necessary configuration and new functionality. Partner with external vendors and integration partners as part of the design, deployment and support efforts surrounding SAP. Qualifications: 8+ years of SAP technical experience. Direct experience with most of these modules: FICO, SD, PP, MM, LE Technical and Functional design experience and evaluating functional specifications. Designing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications. Previous managerial experience Will consider candidates looking to make a move into leadership.
