About the Role We're looking for a motivated and results-driven
SaaS Sales Representative
to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in software sales, this is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career.
What You’ll Do Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts
Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients
Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and position solutions effectively
Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools to track and report on activity
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and retention
What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in SaaS or B2B software sales
Comfortable with high-volume outreach, cold calling, and handling objections
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Nice to Have Experience selling to [industry-specific audience – e.g., construction, HR, finance, etc.]
Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger
Passion for technology and helping clients solve problems
