This role is centered on delivering outstanding customer care, conducting detailed travel research, and ensuring every booking is handled with precision and accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and confident working independently in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities
Design and coordinate personalized travel plans tailored to client preferences
Research, evaluate, and confirm reservations using approved booking platforms
Provide clear, accurate information and customized recommendations based on client needs and budget
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and digital messaging tools
Address booking adjustments, updates, and service inquiries promptly and efficiently
Maintain accurate and well-organized client records and documentation
